Returns: 14 days, unused and in original packaging. Opened yarn and started hoops are final. Wrong scene or a dead kit: we replace it. Message the Analog Craft Studio Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=61593536486337) and we'll sort it out. We ship and accept returns within the United States only.
